Simple Publicity Tracker
This simple three-database system allows you to quickly and efficiently track publicity leads as they come in. The first database provides a dynamic pitch summary by category: article, interview, podcast, etc. Use the second one to enter all leads. I threw in some formulas to identify live articles, missing links, and a few other goodies. The third and final one contains media contacts.
The Simple Publicity Tracker is the tool I wish my previous PR firms had used when I released books. It would have made life so much simpler.
It's a bit like RacketHub but much less involved.
